高血壓患者低鹽膳食建議值

高血壓患者應采用低鹽(或無鹽、低鈉)高鉀膳食,并適當增加鈣和鎂的攝入量。每日食鹽攝入量不超過5g,根據病情可有以下三種攝鈉量等級:

1.低鹽膳食  全天攝入鈉在2g(相當于食鹽每天攝入5g)以內。

2.無鹽膳食  全天攝入鈉在1g以內,烹調中不放食鹽。

3.低鈉膳食  全天攝入鈉在0.5g以內,除烹調中不放食鹽外,還應注意控制高鈉食物。

高鉀膳食是指全天膳食中鉀的攝入量至少應達到3.1g。
